We have the AeRO Tick!
The AeRO Tick. As part of the AeRO IT User Support Project, the AeRO Tick is helping us (eResearch application, tools and services) to provide better support materials to our users. It also helps Institutional IT Service Desks by providing easy access to the latest eResearch applications, tools and services support material. This means, that we are making it easy for you to use our application and ensuring that university help desks can also answer all of your questions.
